permission for a use of the chain

Hi,

I would like to get your permisson for use of a part (which will be  edited) of your great picture of the chain (the one in grey colours). For what purpose? Well, let me tell you that we are two brave women trying to start small bussines with no money - but with great entusiasm and knowledge. the circumstances we are in are hard, which you will understand when I tell you that we are writing to you from Sarajevo, Bosnia.

When you say you are trying to start a business, what use would the image be used for and what exactly are you planning on doing with the image edit wise?
