Please make sure you are emptying them weekly as instructed upon being given one.

Make sure you delete all sent mail, junk mail.

Please check all folders you have created & ensure no big mails are being stored, if you are using the box for storage, don't. Whatever you have in those boxes comes off the website space & as it stands it is over limit, hence this needs doing now please as it is not the website taking up all the room.
