Can you please make sure that you allow the automatic maintainance system do it's job & clean out ya mail boxes
at least once a week. (In the settings/options.)
Or manually empty all folders including sent mail.
Remember peeps, the boxes are not for storage but are given to you to use as a spam free private address. Again, the space used up by the boxes eats away at the space I have available to build the site.
I myself am in the dog house as my box was 15 megs.
If you get junk mail, use the filter or better yet redirect it back to the fuckers.
If you are in the habit of using the save sent mail feature to cover yourself when sending a large E-Mail, please clear the folder once you know the E-Mail was recieved the other end. You send a few pics = a couple of megs (Which is fine) & don't clean out ya box I am down those few megs every day that folder holds the sent mail, all adds up between those who have boxes etc.
Getting the breakdown from my site hosts to see who is taking up all the room is a pain/chore so try & keep on top of it rather than make me hassle them to find out who to yell at here when I can't add summin for ya's.
As I said, I am the biggest one for not doing this, but my box is now clean as a whistle, just check over yours please. A couple of you have a good few megs worth of stuff in ya boxes.
Don't panic either, I can't see the content, just the overal size of the individual accounts.
The only person with access to the account is you, for someone else to gain access they would have to change the password & you would know because you then wouldn't be able to log in. Or for you to have given out the password & if that is the case you would lose the mailbox as it is a perk & not one to be abused.
