Yup.

You get an E-Mail notification if anyone sends you anything.

If there is a screw up they deal with it I believe.

you have other methods of payment?  i would prefer not to use paypal, as they are being sued for freezing accounts and not paying back the balances...they've screwed one of my friends in the past, and he lost a couple hundred bucks...

The only way I could get on line in the past was with AOL because all other ISP's required a credit card, they would accept direct debit.

They over charged me a few months running, which was an issue as the money they overcharged me was earmarked for another direct debit, thus putting me in the situation where direct debits got returned cos I didn't have the funds in my account, my bank closed my account after a few times of this happening.

I did a major rant in The Warzone about it.
